Our rear bumpers with swing away tire carriers are cnc machined from 2" x 5" structural steel tube and come in 54" - 57" and custom lengths too! Bumpers come with 2 clevis tabs cnc machined from 1" x 2" cold finish steel and also have a 2" receiver ( not just tube but actual receiver tubing with tear collar!! ). Our tire carriers will carry a 37" spare ( we have sold them to customers that run larger tires too) . All rear bumpers come with grade 8 mounting hardware which attaches in 12 locations and fit 87-06 wranglers. Our Tire Carrier hubs are a one of a kind they use a 1 3/8" bearing on bottom and a 1 1/16" bearing up top and our hubs have a custom cap machined from billet aluminum which proudly has our C3 logo machined out . They use a seal on bottom and a o-ring up top for the cap which also uses 2 stainless steel set screws to guarantee no way in for the elements!

 

All bumpers come in bare steel but can be powder coated in any color you choose.
